The Visionstar Opportunity
Earning Potential: Sales agents typically average $13-15 per hour, while top performers generate an average range of $22 - $30 per hour with no earning caps or limits.
Flexibility: As a sales agent with Visionstar you get to maintain your freedom and enjoy a schedule that works best for you. All of our shifts are six hours long, giving you the morning or afternoon to pursue your other interests.
Leads: Enjoy the success that comes with being provided with pre-qualified, inbound and outbound, real-time leads. Many of the inbound calls you will receive are from potential customers calling to register for various product and service offers. Your job is to convert those calls into enrollment of those services along with other products and services. It's that simple!

2. Once you submit your information, please allow up to 10 business days to get a response. Some positions have pre-screening steps like a phone interview or an assessment that will be indicated in the job posting.
3. If you're chosen among the most qualified candidates, we'll contact you to set up an interview. We want to know how you fit with our culture and business goals.
4. If after your interview our management team wants to extend an offer, you will receive a verbal job offer. Then, you will complete a job offer package prior to the start of training*.
*Before you start, we'll conduct an extensive background investigation including a criminal background check, verification of education and previous employment, and a pre-employment drug screen.
